1. Accounts and licensed access
Keep your credentials private. A registered account does not itself include a license. Download and use require an active license, current terms acceptance and an approved loader version. Sharing credentials or trying to bypass licensing is not permitted.
2. What access records contain
For login and registration attempts, Kryon records the username, date and time, channel, result, IP address and its source. Desktop access includes the loader version and a server-generated HMAC fingerprint of the linked device identifier. After this version is accepted on the website, the Windows loader also reports the Windows version, system architecture and computer name when you sign in. The computer name can contain a name chosen by its owner; keep that in mind before accepting.
3. Purpose and limits
These records support license and device binding, investigate failed or suspicious access and help diagnose connection issues. Device details and IP addresses are context, not proof of identity. This feature does not collect your files, browsing history, Windows account name, passwords or authenticator codes. The website cannot read your Windows computer name or hardware identifier.
4. Who can access the data
Authorized Kryon administrators can review access records through a panel protected by a password and a second factor. The hosting and database providers process the data needed to operate the service. Records are not published in the public website or included in the downloadable client.
5. Retention and your account
Access records are retained for 90 days and older records are removed as new records are written. The accepted terms version and acceptance time remain linked to your account while it exists. Contact the administrator who provided your license to request access to, correction of or deletion of your account data. No earlier account is treated as having accepted a new version automatically.
6. Updates and availability
Obsolete loader versions may be retired. Use the current download from kryon.best. Software and online services can have faults or interruptions; availability and compatibility are not guaranteed. License checks, device verification and security controls remain in effect when an update is released.
7. Accepting these terms
Use the unchecked acceptance control on registration, sign-in or your account page. Acceptance is recorded only after authentication succeeds. The loader checks that receipt before sending OS and computer-name details. If you do not agree, do not accept or use the loader; you may contact the administrator about your account.
8. Changes and contact
This notice is version 2026-10-19. A material change will require a new recorded acceptance. For questions about licensing, these terms or data handling, contact the administrator who supplied your license.
